 DigiPay Installation Guide

1. Purpose This document details the standard procedures to install DigiPay software. 

2. Scope The intended audience for this document is the users authorized by CSC for usage of DigiPay. 

3. Pre-requisites The following pre-requisites are mandatory for seamless operation usage: 

1. The hardware details of server: 

 RAM : Minimum 4GB 

 CPU: Minimum 2.0 GHz CPU’s 

 Hard Disk: 500 MB of free disk space 

2. Internet access should be available on the machine. 

3. Registered Device (RD) service must be installed on the machine to scan fingerprint/iris of the user. 

4. The user should have a valid Aadhaar Number which must be linked with his/her bank account.

4. Procedure

4.1 Steps to install DigiPay Application

     The below process explains how to install the DigiPay application. A simplified illustration of the installation flow is shown in the figure below:

Steps to be followed are described below: Installation of Digipay 

Step 1: Download Digipay 

setup Step 2: Right click on Digipay v3.0 

setup and select ‘Run as Administrator’. 

Step 3: Click on ‘Yes’ to Continue.
